    Hey everyone.

Im considering doing a drive from Melbourne to Sydney this summer along the coastline, just hitting a few spots and taking refuge along the way.

Does anyone have any good recommendations of surf spots anywhere along the Melbourne to Sydney coastal route?

    Cheers

wow there are plenty, i have done a fair bit of surfing just south of sydney ( 3 hours or so ) ~ some of the beaches around the Kiama area, heading more your direction Manyana and Bendalong i have surfed years ago, well that area. Umm I have been down as far as Narooma and saw good waves, however i was away fishing and didn't have my board. In some places the road is pretty close to the coast, so i guess you could always stop off at some random spots and give them a try

Thanks for the info Danoz.. much appreciated!

Seems like majority of my time should be spent on the NSW south coast going up into Sydney rather than the Victorian side...

It seems like Cape Conran may be the only worthwhile place to stop on the Victorian far east coast, anyone got any recommendations on the Vic side?

    Thanks in advance!
