I have only used palmers but I have not been too happy with it. Adelaide water is freezing and the cold water wax is just not tacky enough. Made some home made wax so that I could control the tackiness, have not used it out in the swell yet though.

YEP!!! LOL we are kinda a bit nuts and also put some weird hair wax in it and that kinda almost exploded. That formula was not the winner. Must say though that we could not find parrafin and instead used candles, not good at all....Wanted to use beeswax and be better for the environment but ended up buying some paraffin in the end for rounf two for its cost and also for the colour, not quite into the yellow tint of beeswax.

Must try the waxes that everyone has mentioned though since it sounds like alot of them would be better than sexwax for the south. Been out with injury though for a while so by the time I am back surfing it will be warm again.

Totally the plan. Also have something else under our belt but until we have a patent its a secret :P but people will love it. I did when my bro showed me, some random surfer also thought it was awesome.
