Solid Waves Today On Nsw Sth Coast.

We have got some serious waves down here in the Gong' at the moment. I surfed 6ft+, solid and heavy Sandon Point today with about 6-8 other guys. We had only the rock-hop option for getting out and it was board upside down & wash-in over the rocks to come in.
The Anual Sandon Contest is on this weekend (7th, 8th, 9th june) and there are surfers here from everywhere. The standard of surfing at the point today was awsome.
Ill be out there again tomorrow and try to get some photos to add to this post..

Yer I got the chance to check Newport out this evening, man it was big. Should be good once the wind dies down.
